If you are not satisfied on the item, I will accept the refund following conditions as below;
1. The item must be returned within 14 days of the date you received it.
2. Returned tires must be in the original condition, not installed, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents.

3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost & insurance and I will make a replacement or credit depending my inventory.

4. Order cancellation: Only the Shipping and handling charges will be applied to the cancellation of the purchase order after the tires are delivered to the customer.
